- Only those who registered for MCARE2019 are entitled to submission to the following Journals.
- Each paper submission requires at least one registration for MCARE2019. (To present one abstract at MCARE2019, at least one registration is required regardless of registration type.)
- Authors who do not present their paper at the venue of MCARE2019 may lose a right to have their paper reviewed even though they registered for the conference.
- The number of paper publications per lab is limited to total two, but only one paper can be published in a selected journal.
- The registrant who submitted a paper to the following Journals should be one of the co-authors of the paper.
- Authors of a paper to be published in the Journals are subject to publication fees determined by journals.
On-line submission via Elsevier’s Editorial System (EES) at http://www.ees.elsevier.com/apsusc/ is required.
The first manuscripts would be uploaded in the EES by the authors no earlier than August 19, 2019.
The last manuscript is expected to be submitted on-line no later than September 30, 2019.
At the initial step of submission, you need to choose article type for special issue of MCARE "SI: MCARE 2019".
According to the conference’s policy, the author in oral/poster presentation of MCARE2019 can submit a manuscript to the KJChE. This does not guarantee the acceptance of manuscript. All the manuscript will be considered for publication after peer review according to the journal's policy.
